Vendor Registration

Thank you for you for your interest in vending at the inaugural Bondage Expo Denver. Below you will find the details regarding the 2017 vendor package. Please read the information below and complete the form below to register for Bondage Expo Denver 2017.

We provide two (2) 6’ X 2’ tables, within your allocated space. You are welcome to bring your own racks or stands in lieu of the tables (except for small booths – no tall stands/racks that block line of sight). We ask that you be respectful of your neighboring vendors and allow sight lines if possible. Tables may be arranged any way you like within your allotted space. Standard vendor booths are 8’x8’ as represented in the diagram. We expect to have somewhere around 10 vendors.

We will be combining the Free Range Rope Room with the vending area this year. We think this will substantially increase vendor traffic, as well as creating a high-energy space. Because we are combining the space, the vending area will not be open to the public.

Tentative* hours for the vending area are as follows:

Fri: 1:00pm-7:00pm
Sat: 8:30am-7:00pm
Sun: 9:00am-4:00pm

Vending package includes:

Access to the vending area for 2 people. This allows access to the vending area, meet & greet, & the play parties. You have the option to add full access (classes) to each person. There is an additional $50 per person fee to add full access to classes. If you need more than 2 passes, please let us know after you have registered, and we can send you a link for additional passes. Additional passes are $30 per vendor pass, with the option of the $50 full access (for a total of $80).

20% discount on Advertising in the printed program, handed out to all attendees in the convention run bags.
As a vendor you will be responsible for:

Unloading & set up of your merchandise, and tear down & loading your merchandise.

Securing your merchandise during vending hours. We will provide Security to help monitor the vending area, but you are solely responsible for supervising your products and deterring theft of your merchandise.

Following all event rules and ensuring that the display and/or demo of your products does not violate event or venue rules.

Providing POS system for all sales of your merchandise.
Conducting business in a manner that reflects positively on Bondage Expo Denver, including effectively communicating return policies and following through with them if an issue should arise either during the event or after.

Bondage Expo Denver will NOT be providing Wi-Fi, however if you stay at the venue hotel, access can be purchased with your room for ($9.95 for high speed internet, $14.95 for enhanced high speed internet – *prices subject to change by hotel).

Standard booth – $175
Double Booth – $350
Small Booth (6’x8′; wall/shelving structures that block line of sight not allowed on middle booths) – $150

Hotel rooms include one king size or two double beds, as well as a mini-fridge.
